Grand Forks Community Land Trust is a 501(c)3 charitable organization committed to providing housing opportunities for households earning under 120% area median income in Grand Forks County. For this reason, we are unable to accept tenancy from households earning over 120% AMI by household size.

These are the income limits for households of 1-4:
HH of 1: $72,150
HH of 2: $82,425
HH of 3: $92,700
HH of 4: $102,975

GFCLT does not charge for application processing. Completion of this application is free of cost, and does not obligate you to rent 521 4th Ave. S.
